TouchYa
Privacy Policy
1. Scope and responsibility
This policy describes information handled through www.touchya.com and inquiries to TouchYa, the massage and manual lymphatic drainage service offered by Yailema Valdes. It covers website use and service inquiries, not the independent practices of sites you visit through our links.
2. Information you provide
This website has no contact form, account registration, or online payment form. If you contact us by telephone, email, or WhatsApp, you may provide your name, contact details, appointment preferences, and information you choose to share about your care. Please do not send medical records or sensitive health information through ordinary messages unless we have discussed an appropriate method.
Messages sent through external services are handled by those services and by TouchYa when received. Information needed for actual treatment may be collected separately during the service process.
3. Automatic information
Website hosting and resource providers may receive your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and technical logs to deliver and protect the site. We have not installed advertising or audience analytics tools. Google Fonts is loaded to display our typography; requests to Google may include your IP address and browser information.
4. Purposes and lawful uses
We use information to answer inquiries, arrange requested services, communicate about appointments, protect the website, and meet applicable obligations. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, these activities may rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating a safe service, legal obligations, or consent where required. Sensitive information requires any additional basis or consent required by applicable law.
5. Cookies and choices
Necessary storage records your consent decision, version, and timestamp. A theme cookie remembers a display setting you specifically request. Before acceptance, optional language storage is disabled. Accept all allows us to save your language for later visits. Reject saves only your consent decision and removes the optional saved language; your current language remains available through the page address.
There are currently no advertising or analytics cookies to enable. Reopen Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice. A future change to the consent version may ask you again. Browser settings can remove or block storage; if storage is blocked, we may ask again on your next page.
6. Service providers and external links
Hosting providers handle technical website delivery. Google provides the external font resource. Email providers and WhatsApp process communications you initiate through them. Instagram links and linked health resources take you to independent websites with their own privacy policies. These are links, not embedded social feeds.
We do not sell information through this website or use advertising tracking to share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Service-related information may be disclosed when needed to respond to your request, comply with law, or protect rights and safety. We do not claim that independent services use information in the same way we do.
7. Retention
We keep inquiry and service-related information only as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was provided, applicable recordkeeping duties, and resolving disputes. The appropriate period depends on the information and legal requirements; no uniform retention period is promised. Saved website preferences remain until replaced, removed by you, or invalidated by a consent-version change.
8. Security
We seek to handle information carefully, but no website, storage system, or communication method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee confidentiality of ordinary email or third-party messaging. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
9. Your privacy rights
Where applicable, GDPR and related laws may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, obtain portability, withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing, and complain to a supervisory authority. Where applicable, CCPA/CPRA may provide rights to know or access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. Eligible requests will not result in unlawful discrimination.
Rights depend on your location, the law's coverage, and lawful exceptions. Email valdesyailema@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion, or call (786) 795-2203. State the request and information needed to locate the relevant records; do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate method. We may reasonably verify identity before releasing or changing information. You may also contact us about an authorized-agent request. We do not promise rights or response periods beyond those the law requires.
10. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through the website. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent information should contact us to request review and deletion where appropriate. This statement does not establish treatment eligibility for minors.
11. International processing
TouchYa operates in the United States. External hosting and communication providers may process information in other countries whose protections differ from yours. Where applicable, transfers must follow the safeguards required by law; we do not assert that all providers use a particular transfer mechanism.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our practices change. The date above identifies this version. For privacy or deletion requests, contact Yailema Valdes at valdesyailema@gmail.com or (786) 795-2203. A public mailing address is not listed; contact us if you need an appropriate address for written correspondence.
