1. Our commitment

TouchYa is committed to making website information and service inquiries accessible to people with disabilities. Our target standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This is an improvement goal, not a claim of certification or complete conformance.

2. Ongoing improvement

We aim to review keyboard access, readable contrast, semantic headings, image descriptions, mobile presentation, and compatibility with assistive technology as the site changes. Testing and remediation are ongoing; automated checks alone cannot establish accessibility for every visitor.

If you cannot use one contact option, you may use another listed method or ask for assistance. External providers may need to address barriers within their own services.
